Eligibility Requirements for Committed Racers (Level2):
1. Commit to race at least 10 race days as SJBC/SugarCRM
2. Pay standard club membership fees for 2009
3. Be a SJBC club member for at least one year and be approved by club officers before participating as Committed Racer
4. Be a significant volunteer at club events (Mt Hamilton Classic/Memorial Day Criterium/Winter Series/Twilights/Etc.) totaling a minimum of 10 hours
5. USCF Licensed as club/team = SJBC/SugarCRM
6. Have history of racing 10 or more races in previous years
7. A report from each race needs to be completed by using the Race Submission Form
8. If a racer does not meet minimum number of races during the year the club officers have the right to review possible reimbursement by the racer
Fine Print
a. Eligible races are USCF Road Races, Criteriums, Time Trials & Track
February 1 - September 30 2009
b. One race each day counts towards race total
(2 crits on same day or 2 stages = 1 race day)
c. Should finish 60% of races (6 of 10)
d. Wear your 2008 San Jose Bicycle Club Uniform Kit (jersey/shorts or skinsui) in all USCF/NCNCA events.
e. The 2008 SJBC Uniform allotment is sent to each individual upon acceptance
f. Category is category on USCF License - upgrades can be prorated
g. Participate in club events (Winter Series, Spring Classic, Tuesday Nights, Vuelta de San Jose)
h. If response is overwhelming, payout amounts may be adjusted

· The calendar year maximum is $200 per category and $500 per person
Procedure:
· Wear your 2009 San Jose Bicycle Club Uniform Kit(jersey/shorts or skinsuit) in all USCF/NCNCA events
· List your club as SJBC/SugarCRM
· USCF Licensed as club/team = SJBC/SugarCRM
· Volunteer at club events: (Mt Hamilton Classic, Memorial Day Criterium, Winter Series, Tuesdays, Vuelta or Spring Classic ) totaling a minimum of 10 hours
· Participate in club events (Winter Series, Spring Classic, Tuesday Nights, Vuelta de San Jose)
· A report needs to be completed by using the Race Submission Form
· Race Report must be submitted within two weeks of posted results on the NCNCA site
Road Races, Criteriums, ITT, CX
· Minimum racers: 30-Men, 15-Women, 10-Juniors
· Collect $50 for first place
· $20 for second through fifth place
If the race has more than 50 participants
· sixth through tenth place will reward $10
Track
· Minimum racers: 15-Men, 10-Women, 10-Juniors
· Fridays Nights Only & Special Events (AVC, District, State & National Championships)
· Collect $25 for first place
· $10 for second through fifth place
· 6-10th place will reward $5
Additional Reimbursement for all race types
· Collect pre-registration entry fees for National or District Championship events
