Set Up Crew
Report to Location: Jarvis Drive & Serene Drive
Tasks: Set up barriers, straw bales, registration & prize booths. We need 2-4 pickup trucks. Leaf blower and brooms also helpful in preparing course.

Registration
Report to Location: Jarvis Drive & Serene Drive
Tasks: Check in riders, each shift is 2 hours

6:00am - 8:00am
8:00am - 10:00am
10:00am - 12:00pm
12:00pm - 2:00pm
2:00pm - 4:00pm
4:00pm - 6:00pm

Course Marshal
Report to Location: Jarvis Drive & Serene Drive
Tasks: Keep cars and pedestrians off course, each shift is 2 hours, except for first & last shifts

6:45am - 8:00am
8:00am - 10:00am
10:00am - 12:00pm
12:00pm - 2:00pm
2:00pm - 4:00pm
4:00pm - 6:30pm

Prize Booth
Report to Location: Jarvis Drive & Serene Drive
Tasks: Award placings, Podium Photos, each shift is 2 hours

7:00am - 9:00am
9:00am - 11:00am
11:00am - 1:00pm
1:00pm - 3:00pm
3:00pm - 5:00pm
5:00pm - 7:00pm

Clean Up Crew
Report to Location: Jarvis Drive & Serene Drive
Tasks: Clean up course, stack barriers and straw bales, dismantle booths

5:30pm - 7:30pm
